Welcome to November's newsletter. What a month it's been. We've just landed back from an incredible week at Rill Estate for Initiation — and wow, what a ride. Huge thanks to every single one of you who showed up with such heart, courage, and willingness to dance into the mystery. You blew us away.
Meanwhile, Ya'Acov also recently returned from Japan, where he ran a Peace Flame ceremony in Hiroshima. His latest blog tells the tale — The Peace Flame of Hiroshima and the Phoenix of Movement Medicine share one message: what's destroyed can be reborn — through courage, consciousness, and love in action.
And speaking of journeys — there are now only 5 places left for our Dancing with the Heart of the World Amazon journey in January 2026.
Before we drift too far downstream, a quick reminder: today is the final day of the early bird for our couple's workshop the Space Between Us, Saturday 2 – Wednesday 6 May 2026 in Devon. Click below to watch a short video about why we see relationship as the deepest spiritual practice.
This autumn we have been highlighting the dance of relationship between the polarities of Yin and Yang on the Study Hub. Crafting these offerings has been a deeply meaningful journey, and we're grateful for how it brought us to this month's "Temple of Yun" the third dynamic energy which is born from the meeting of Yin and Yang, in which we share from the hearth of our relationship. Meanwhile, Susannah is back on the road with "Wild Honey" - with the same theme.
In these times where binary opposition is so rife, this theme feels so very important.
We're excited to shine a light on the upcoming bilingual (French and English) Movement Medicine Apprenticeship with Anna Ena Bernard and Nicolas Bernard starting next May in France.
Interested? Find out more about the Movement Medicine pathway of which their Apprenticeship is part. Discover more about Anne Ena and Nicolas below.
Anne Ena and Nicolas offer a free 30 minute session for those with questions, book your place here.
"To unleash our inner gifts, grow in personal power in a healthy way, connect with others, and to contribute to the world, we need to feel safe. Our greatest challenge is that the felt sense of safety comes not just from security but also from connection, and that very connection we long for can also be frightening, difficult or restrictive.
Apprenticeship is a space that aims to provide a container that doesn't confine, but rather sets us free.
How? Through strengthening the body, learning concrete relational tools, connecting to our resources, our wounds, our ways of protecting ourselves, and our dreams.... with playfulness, poetry and a strong group of friends.
... a path for all our lives."
Anne Ena and Nicolas Bernard
We commend you to the Movement Medicine pathway if you want to find out more about Training, Apprenticeships and Intensives such as Initiation.

nOVEMBER's Study Hub Lesson

in the temple of yUn
with YA'ACOV and susannah
Yun describes the emerging dance between Yin and Yang. Our lesson this month is with us both, as we share what we have learnt in our nearly 4 decades of relationship about the dance of Yin and Yang between us and within us. We've had a beautiful journey making this for you. Enjoy!

Tue 11 Nov - Tue 9 Dec 2025
Online
During this 4-week live programme with Ya'Acov, you will work to acknowledge and transform the 'creation story' you have inherited. Our 'creation story' has a powerful effect on how we experience life. We call the characters in your story 'understudies'. In the theatre, an understudy is the one who steps in as a replacement when the main actor is unwell or unavailable. On the stage of life, these understudies have often forgotten that they stepped in to 'hold space' while the real star waits hidden in the wings. That's you.
Come and learn how to release yourself!
