This is a spring workshop to strengthen the body - the physical one - in the interest of strengthening the spirit and feeling.
In deep contact with the rebirth of Nature, we seek the quality of rebirth in our own bodies.
Through movement, dance, march, exercise, breathing, mental practices and contact with the elements, we will build a base of safety in the Body, deepening contact with our Vitality, Emotions and Spirituality in our daily lives.
We will listen to the wisdom of our body. We will quiet the mind and create a supportive space for the body to come to its senses and set out on the path of life to its full potential.

Through the practice of Movement Medicine, we will refer to our spiritual roots.
All who have their own drums are invited to join the circle together - the circle of the drum calls. If you don't have your own drum, you will be able to play - a ThunderBird drum, created especially for the Community, will come with us.

The workshop begins on May 1 with lunch (g.15) and ends on May 4 at g.17 Each day of the workshop consists of several blocks of activities in the hall or in nature (from g.10 to g.20-22), and we start the day with a joint start-up - a tender awakening of the body at g.8 in the meadow

The teacher, a medicine woman, draws her energy and knowledge from many years of practicing and training in Movement Medicine, Ma-Uri Bodywork and fascial massage, the Laban Bartenieff approach. He is a certified Movement Medicine teacher. Student of certified Training in Bioenergetics Analysis accredited by the Florida Society for Bioenergetics Analysis.
Through natural immersion in movement, I seek radical acceptance.

Somatist, bodyworker, performer. Living Somatic Movement Teacher (Ingle Institute for Somatic Education), Somatic Movement Educator in training (Body-Mind Centering® program). I practice Thai massage, Holistic Pulsing, Wuo Tai, I draw inspiration from various massage traditions, introducing conscious touch into group classes. It collects practices that expand consciousness through movement and touch under the slogan Bodynautics.
