At times — for days, weeks, or even months — the rush of the outside world can bury what is simple and good in us. Thus dance becomes a way to stay grounded and sane. Here, “dance” is a wide container that gathers movement, music, rhythm, poetry, beauty, community, hope, strength, faith, and personal values.
These open dance sessions invite participants to immerse themselves in music and movement as nourishment, self-time, resilience, and renewal. With minimal guidance and no fixed themes, the space encourages trusting inner impulses and subtle calls, drawing on the foundations of Movement Medicine, ecstatic dance traditions, and shamanic perspectives to support embodied awareness and inner–outer connection.
