Olaf Kramer

Olaf spend his early four years of childhood with parents and brothers in India, near Mumbai - for him in a world of wonder and fascination, travelling around Asia, sensing different smells, colors, nature and rhythms.

With these experiences back in Germany he grew up in Leverkusen, more and more finding joy in natural sciences and mathematics. He holds master degrees in experimental physics and in medicine physics and works in the fast-paced industry.

For more than 20 years he did ballroom dancing and since about 2010 practises yoga, qigong and free-dancing, helping him staying connected to his senses and to life.

His deep interest is how energy connects and moves physical matter and how then consciousness comes into play - knowing that one is not just flesh topped with a mind, but rather a swirling flux of information streams.

There is always a longing in Olaf to sense, find and bring to life softness paired with strength and proud dignity.

His Movement Medicine teaching is based on this passion for sensing wonder and awe in nature.

His wish is to pass on the depth, joy and felt connection that becomes possible through Movement Medicine.
