Marta is an alchemist of transformational experiences.
Her medicine and skillset are rooted in over 20 years’ experience of working with various groups and individuals on their path to release their full potential.
Born in the south of Poland, near Cracow, at the age of 20 she has heard the calling to support people in the process of change and development. Since then, she has engaged in extensive studies and practices to understand the connection between: mind, body, heart, and soul; an individual and a group or community; visible and imaginary; business and art; feminine and masculine; matter and spirit; digital and nature.
On this path she has completed Master Degree in Applied Sociology, MBA, Executive Coaching with Academy of Executive Coaching London, Integral Gestalt Psychotherapy and Group Processes Postgraduate Studies Kraków, and the School of Movement Medicine® - graduating as both a teacher and facilitator.
With deep care and insight she holds a safe space for people to explore movement and raised awareness as a journey of personal transformation and embodied leadership.
Her leading is deeply rooted in connection to intuition and inner guidance. Being highly skilled in translating deep spirituality into everyday life and shifting between different contexts she continues to weave Movement Medicine tools and practices into her 1:1 work as a MM Teacher, Executive Coach, Board level Facilitator and Psychotherapist.
As a Movement Medicine® Teacher she is offering: a weekly practice (run continuously since 8 years).
She also offers Embodied Coaching which is 1-1 work based on the Movement Medicine mandala that guides you towards embodied and purposeful life.
She also runs Ceremonies and Workshops.
She is supported by her husband Bogdan, a drummer and multi-instrumentalist - so there are live drums and other tunes in each class and workshop she runs.
