❖ ❖ ❖ RETURNING is both a need and a myth.
The direction of our inner currents, at other times an inexplicable urge. To return is the zero point itself, the call of the source, the promise of the unbroken. The north pole of our inner compass.
We all know it, but we find it harder to practice it or accept it as a simple remedy. Many things work against our natural impulses : the rapid flow of everyday life —the slightly compulsive progress, expectations, the rush, the fetish for novelty. At other times, it’s our upbringing, the learned shame, or simply a lack of trust.
This retreat offers four days of simply organized space and time so you can gently reintroduce into your life the qualities, patterns, movements of returning. All of that that at your own pace and filtered through your own experiences. Learning to return to a familiar and safe place holds countless treasures and good medicine. This will be the focus of our shared meditation.
