☀️ Movement Medicine Summer Solstice Ceremony ☀️

Celebrate the Light ☀️ Move with the Earth 🌿 Awaken Your Inner Fire 🔥 Honor the Waters of Life 💧

As the sun reaches its highest point and the longest day of the year unfolds, you are warmly invited to gather in sacred community for a Movement Medicine Summer Solstice Ceremony.

Together, we will honor this powerful turning point through:

✨ Water Ritual and intention setting by the lake
✨ Guided Movement Medicine Ceremony
✨ Connection with nature and all our relations
✨ In our beautiful studio, with open doors to the forest
✨ Quiet reflection and shared presence

The Summer Solstice invites us to celebrate abundance, vitality, and the fullness of life. It is a moment to acknowledge what has blossomed within us and to open our hearts to the possibilities ahead.

Date: 26 June 2026
Time: 19:30 – 22:30
Location: Boskapel

Please bring:
💧 A glass jar filled with water for the opening ritual
👕 Comfortable, preferably monochrome clothing for movement
📝 Notebook or pen and paper for reflection
🌿 A personal item for the altar (if you wish)

Come exactly as you are—whether you are experienced with Movement Medicine or stepping into this practice for the first time.

Let us begin by the water, dance with the sun, honor the season, and remember the wisdom that lives within our bodies.
