Hagit Ottens-Wilk

Hagit Ottens-Wilk (Jai Priya Kaur) is a Movement Medicine teacher with many years of experience guiding groups, ceremonies, and transformative processes. She is also a certified Kundalini Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga instructor, a Conscious Dreaming coach, and co-founder of Dream & Dance, a practice blending dreamwork with Movement Medicine.

Through movement, somatic practice, meditation, sacred chanting, and ritual, she guides journeys of reconnection with body, soul, ancestral wisdom, and the healing power of nature. Her work supports embodied healing, personal transformation, and interoceptive, relational, and collective awareness, while cultivating compassionate ways of healing transgenerational trauma and deepening connection with self, others, and the wider web of life.

With her, participants strengthen intuitive awareness, an inner compass supporting presence and purpose in life’s challenges, while learning tools for conscious dreaming and manifestation that support integration of meaningful insights into daily life and deeper alignment with their life path. She also facilitates rites of passage ceremonies honoring the sacred cycles of life, creating supportive spaces for reflection, transition, and connection where women gather to heal and mark life’s passages together.

Hagit’s work has been shaped by years of training with Thomas Hübl, PhD. She completed the two-year Timeless Wisdom Training, focused on healing individual, ancestral, and collective trauma, and graduated as a facilitator in the Collective Trauma Facilitation Training. She is currently co-leading a lab in Israel exploring grief and transgenerational trauma in times of war, as part of an international Pocket Project initiative supporting collective trauma integration across communities worldwide.

Rooted in embodied experience, sacred practice, and trauma-informed understanding, her work invites reconnection with body, intuition, the essence of the soul, and deeper meaning moving through our lives

Hagit has a gentle and innate wisdom that enables her to hold a very tender and safe space. Through a mixture of movement meditation, dream and dance she guides us deep into other realms and back to meet our higher selves. Hagit is authentic and fearless and leads in a sure-footed, confident way that inspires and facilitates her students to dive deep and follow her lead. This work is life changing, profound and healing and Hagit is an incredibly skilled, compassionate and experienced Movement Medicine teacher. - Orli Summers
Summer Solstice Full Moon Ceremony Hagit is een bezield medicine movement facilitator. Ze vindt de juiste toon om dat wat in je zit middels de dans te uiten. Dit keer in een zeer inspirende omgeving. - Jeff Van Sprew
I love the way Hagit balances the energy of the group and her own, with different and complementary qualities. The music is always great, and the drumming leading us into the dance is inviting and delicious. There is such welcoming and warmth in the atmosphere of her sessions... these offerings are very precious. - Suzan Lemont
