EXPLORING RELATIONSHIP WITH THE UNSEEN
This month, with our minds firmly rooted in our feet and our feet firmly planted on the earth, we will explore our relationship to our imaginations and through that, to the world of the spirits. For example, our ancestors, our guides, the spirit of the dance, and the spirits of the elements.
No belief is required to explore this terrain. Our imaginations are very powerful and they are rooted in what is unseen. Our work this month will be to take the next step through our Movement Medicine practice to explore the powerful tool of the embodied imagination and through it, our relationship to the imaginal realms.
