Join Us for a Deeply Transformative Sacred Ceremony

We invite you to embark on a profound journey of healing and heart-opening through the sacred practices of movement, prayer, song, sacrament, and divine connection.

Our evening begins with the grounding presence of Shamama, who will lovingly open the sacred space with prayer and song. This will prepare us for an inward journey, setting the stage for the healing energies that will unfold throughout the night.

You will have the option to partake in a shamanic sacrament featuring ceremonial cacao, a revered plant medicine known for its gentle, heart-opening properties. Additionally, for those who feel called, we offer the option of enhancing your experience with kanna, an ancient succulent traditionally used to elevate mood and emotional openness. (Kanna is a legal, heart-centering plant ally in the USA.) These sacred offerings deepen our connection to the divine, ourselves, and the community, whether you choose to partake or not. This ceremonial moment invites us to attune our hearts and spirits.

Following this, Carrie ‘Zaza’ Branovan, a gifted Movement Medicine® teacher, will guide us through a transformative dance ceremony. Movement Medicine® is a dynamic, embodied practice that weaves together ancient wisdom and modern science, connecting you to the joy of living from the heart, the wisdom of knowing who you are, and the fulfillment of expressing your unique contribution to the world. All genders, ages (18+), and physical abilities are warmly welcome. No steps need to be learned, and no prior experience is required for this freestyle embodied journey. Zaza is known for her compassionate teaching, empowering others to embrace life’s unfolding dance with love and grace.

This is more than just a dance—it is an opportunity to embody and honor whatever arises within us—our emotions, truths, and stories—allowing us to heal, transform, and embrace our tender hearts. In this sacred space, movement becomes medicine, a way to connect more deeply with ourselves and the universal energies that support our growth and healing.
