Pour cela, la famille des profs Movement Medecine du sud ouest se réunit pour te proposer un moment particulier où tu pourras te déposer, mais aussi t’élancer dans un nouveau cycle.
Alexandra, Céline, Elodie, Nicolas & Anne Ena sommes heureux de t’accueillir !
À travers la liberté de ton mouvement et une guidance soutenante, tu pourras revisiter cette année passée, danser toutes ses ressources, accueillir les émotions de l’année, les joies et les challenges, et honorer la force qui a poussée en toi de manière créative et imprévisible.
Déposer, clôturer, s’ajuster et aller vers le renouveau.
Quoi de mieux, avant d’aller partager avec le monde, dans cette période si sociable des fêtes, que d’abord revenir à soi, à son plaisir, à ses rêves, à sa lumière intérieure pour mieux créer ensemble ensuite ?

Goûter partagé de Noël ensuite (amenez ce qui vous fait plaisir)
Prix libre entre 40€ et 80€ selon vos revenus.

Let go, close the chapter, adjust, and move toward renewal.

Practical details:
Sunday, December 21st in Biarritz at Studio B.A. From 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM (non-stop)
Christmas potluck afterwards (bring something you like)
Pay what you can between €40 and €80 depending on your income
A €20 deposit is required upon booking (non-refundable in case of cancellation).
