Being Seen – Lost & Found is a five-session, somatically oriented dance process exploring the paradox of wanting and fearing to be truly seen. Participants reflect on past experiences of recognition and invisibility, and gently develop embodied, nervous-system level safety around visibility, attention, and authenticity.
Guided by the archetype of the “Wise Elder” — the archetypal guide who sees without judgment or urgency — the process supports becoming more present to oneself and others. Through minimal theory and experiential movement, the sessions invite participants to experience seeing and being seen as a natural, life-affirming, soul-enhancing state.
