Here, we shall embark on a journey of conscious dance movement meditation, where our bodies become our homes on this earthly plane, and the dancer within each of us awakens. As we welcome ourselves into our physical being, we become mindful of our movements and the passions that propel them. With each step, our communication and lives find new meaning and vitality.
In this realm, we shall also explore our connection to the natural world and how it can empower us to understand ourselves better. The Tree of Life Practice shall serve as our guide, allowing us to delve into the roots that anchor us, the strength and flexibility that our bodies possess, and how this connection can help us navigate the changing seasons of life, yielding a bountiful harvest of fruits and flowers in our reality.
