How can I love you?
How can I love myself?
How do I feel loved and how do I communicate love?
What is it that makes up this feeling, sensation, emotion, state that so many of us seek, long for, miss or chase?
What can I learn, change, grow and make room for the components of love in my own body, in my own life, in my own choices?
These questions will be brought into dynamic meditation through the simple tools of Movement Medicine to allow more compassion, acceptance, passion, curiosity, patience and complicity into the space of our lives and hearts. We will work on our own responses and our own resources in the group, each of us getting support in what we really need.
It will be a somatically oriented two hours of dance with minimal theoretical background.
