This weekend workshop is a place to RECHARGE YOU through weaving of somatic practice, polyvagal exercises, free movement, nature’s teachings, simple compassionate guidance, inspiring music and authentic connection in community.

Masculine and Feminine qualities are essential for each human to live a balanced and fulfilled life. This is not about gender, this is about qualities of Yin and Yang which are fundamental energies essential for life. In this workshop you will have an opportunity to:

Develop the dynamic polarity between inner feminine and masculine energy and bring these energies into balance
Become aware and learn to release some of the shadows and old stories around your inner masculine and feminine and your relationship with these two life forces through a Movement Medicine Alchemy of Healing process
Recover your innocence and power as a creative being through the alignment of body, heart and mind
Explore the deep transformative power of the compassionate witness

Dance into Movement Medicine Summer Solstice ceremony for soulful healing, dreaming and creating your relationship with this inner dance of masculine and feminine. Movement Medicine is a dance practice that will reconnect you to the wisdom of living from you heart, will deepen your connection to true self, your creativity and your integrity as well as enliven your relationship with life on all levels.  It has roots in indigenous shamanic wisdom as well as the latest neuroscience and therapeutic perspectives such as IFS, Polyvagal, Gestalt and Somatic Experiencing.

This is all about meeting these times resourced and self connected, rather than from a self protective posture.

This course will contain:

  • Resources of connection to somatic intelligence and medicine of movement

  • The shamanic wisdom of nature's teachings

  • Science backed efficacy of Polyvagal practices to tone your nervous system

  • The vibrant inspiration and alongsideness of a small community to explore the power of practice
