A space for your body to express all the colours of your heart.
These sessions will start with a guided warm-up, followed by a musical landscape to invite our hearts to speak through our spontaneous body language.
Everyone is welcome, though if this is the first time you feel to try a Movement Medicine class, I would recommend starting with the RESOURCE classes every other week.
