This workshop invites women to explore and embody the essence of their femininity through conscious bodywork, movement, and self-reflection.

What Does FEMININITY Mean to Me?
How does my perception of femininity influence movement, dance, touch, my relationship with myself, and my relationships with others?

This is a special edition of BodySpace — dedicated to WOMEN —
We will invite you to experience FEMININITY and explore what this perspective brings to perceiving and caring for the body.

This workshop guides you through paths of self-discovery, self-care, and nurturing the needs of the feminine body, embracing the body through movement, dance, and touch.

BodySpace is a space for developing body awareness — physical, emotional, and spiritual — using Movement Medicine, Lowen Bioenergetics, and somatics.

If you're looking for a workshop open to both women and men, we invite you to join “BodySpace Yin & Yang.”

Movement Medicine

Movement Medicine is a contemporary, transformative movement meditation practice created by Ya'Acov and Susannah Darling Khan. It is designed to awaken and liberate your natural energy while supporting you in embodying and manifesting your potential. This method integrates:

The joy and vitality of ecstatic dance
The depth of movement meditation
The spirit of shamanic practice

Lowen Bioenergetics

Lowen Bioenergetics addresses essential body functions such as breathing, motor activity, emotions, and expression. It combines personality and character analysis with bodywork techniques, helping identify and release chronic muscle tension.

The core principles of Bioenergetics are:

Grounding: Establishing a solid connection with the body and the earth
Breathing: Deep, conscious breathing
Vibration: Awakening the body's natural energetic flow

Through deep breathing, free movement, and full sensory awareness, Bioenergetics supports opening the heart, as only with an open heart can we fully experience life.

This approach promotes the body’s self-healing process. In Bioenergetics, "we don't have bodies; we are bodies." It involves applying touch and pressure to tense muscles during deep breathing and assumes specific postures. Exercises increase body awareness, enhance emotional expression, and foster psychophysical integration.
