Through the practices of Movement Medicine, we'll dance with the element of Air, not as an abstract concept, but as a lived experience: grounding first to find stability, then letting movement create space where there was compression, and finally discovering the lightness that comes when we truly let go.
We'll begin by anchoring what weighs heavy into the earth beneath us. Then we'll dance what cannot be spoken, allowing what has stagnated to move again. And finally, we'll explore the breath, the uplift, the spaciousness that emerges when the body remembers its freedom.
