Dare to Shine is a one-day Movement Medicine workshop inviting you to explore what it means to let your light be visible — not by becoming someone else, but by allowing what is already alive within you to be expressed.
This day is a journey into outward movement: from inner connection toward expression, relationship, and impact.
Through dance, we will explore presence in action — how posture, gaze, direction, and intention shape the way we meet others and the world. How visibility can be chosen. How intensity can be played with. How expression can arise without forcing or holding back.
This is an exploration of radiance in motion — of letting yourself be seen without over-adapting, of taking relational space with softness and clarity, of offering your unique colour to the collective field.
This workshop invites you to trust what is already here — and to let it pass through your body, your movement, your presence.
