This weekly class is a safe and tender cocoon.A space where you can simply come as you are — no steps to follow, no performance, no pressure.Just music, movement, and the pleasure of letting go.
We’ll begin with gentle warm-ups to awaken the sensations in your body.Then you’ll be invited to move at your own pace, in your own way — slowly reconnecting with what feels good, what brings space, breath, and flow.
With kindness and care, Movement Medicine helps you return to your body, to your presence, and to your inner rhythm.Week after week, you may feel more grounded, more alive, and more confident — in your body and in your life.
This class is guided in French, but can be taught in English upon request.
