The guiding theme of this series is rediscovering โyour rhythm,โ our authenticity, so that we can live in greater alignment with ourselves. Freeing ourselves from othersโ expectations and directing healthy attention to our true needs.
This is an invitation to:
โ๏ธ Meditative, healing dance
โ๏ธ Authentic encounters with yourself and others
โ๏ธ Presence within the body
โ๏ธ Embracing emotions
โ๏ธ Relaxing the mind
โ๏ธ Trusting in embodied imagination
โ๏ธ A non-judgmental space where we can grow individually and together in a sense of greater freedom.
Our body, heart, and dreams need us.
We need to embrace the chaos of our thoughts, connect with our emotions without being overwhelmed, become friends with our bodies, and care for them without strain.
This requires practice, time, commitment, and care.
But one thing is certain โ there is no more important journey than the one that helps us align with our inner truth.
I invite you to five regular sessions to establish a rhythm of practice and experience real benefits over several weeks, rather than a single impulse.
The sessions are based on the core practices of Movement Medicine:
โฏ๏ธ Awakening the Dancer
โฏ๏ธ Elements โ the nature of the elements
โฏ๏ธ Tree of Life โ a universal symbol of the tree of life
โฏ๏ธ MESA Practice (micro, medio, macro)
โฏ๏ธ Yin, Yang, and the dance of creation between them, or Yun
No experience is necessary. This practice is suitable for beginners as well as those who wish to continue their personal growth through body and movement work.
Itโs also a great approach if youโre in therapy or a verbal development process and want to explore the bodyโs perspective.
Through the structure set by these practices, we cover life themes present within us that we can recognize, meet in new ways, understand, and find solutions not only in our minds but sometimes with deeper knowing in connection with our bodies and hearts.

I teach how to find a path to oneself, oneโs authenticity, and dreams through understanding the language of the body and emotions.
I am passionate about creating spaces for authentic encounters with oneself, oneโs stories, and other people. I believe that dance and movement have healing power. I have experienced this for years in my practice and in my work with others. For several years, I have been leading development groups, โThe Power of Authenticity,โ and offering embodied individual sessions.
I have years of experience working as a trainer in body language and conscious body work, combining the developmental aspect of dance and movement therapy with the Laban/Bartenieff Movement System.
I am a Movement Medicine teacher in training. I study at the School of Movement Medicine, founded and led by YaโAcov and Susannah Darling Khan. I also co-create the MoveOn CAMP project.

Movement Medicine is an embodied meditative practice. It is an invitation to listen more deeply, act in harmony with oneself, follow oneโs dreams, and be oneself. It is dedicated to discovering who we truly are and what our gift is. It focuses on reclaiming oneโs power (through integrating body, heart, and mind), taking responsibility for the past, present, and future, and living oneโs dreams with a sense of fulfillment and connection.
It has a specific map โ a mandala that includes 21 gates of awareness.
Five weeks of sessions with a regular group.
