1Who and where are you?
I'm Dana from Israel. I live with my family in the Galilee region in a mountain town. I'm a dance healer, dance and focuoshing oriented therapist.
I love and feel blessed to offer Movement Medicine and grow an Israely community of dancers. Dance is my love and refuge, where my sprit is free to connect, create, love and pray.

I am a teacher. I trained in 2021 - 2022 and will graduate in 2026.
3Who do you serve with your Movement Medicine work?
I serve people that are sensitive and strong - women and men who long to deepen their connection to their body and heart.
People that have courage to open up, grow and evolve, who believe change is possible for them and that they can heal themselves.
People who feel the inner call to connect and shine their unique beauty out to life.
People who wish to open up their heart's wings.
4What is the meaning of this work for you?
A safe place to let go and open to our inner world, our vulnerabilities and strengths. Connect to and remember more parts of who we are and what supports us. play with how we move in life and gain access to change, creativity and healing.
A sacred space to let ourselves listen to our heart and shine our unique beauty.
Feel pleasure and power to create.
Strengthen faith in life.
5Please tell us about two recent precious moments you’ve experienced in your professional Movement Medicine work.
1. The last dance of the session following the return of the final 20 living hostages back to Israel. Powerful dance of great, shared joy. A sense of immense gratitude and relief that sent shivers through our bodies.
2. Dancing the end of the war with the air element that supported the dancers to breathe and spread and open their arms. Joy mixed with profound relief. New dance emerging
6Please tell us something about when you recognised that Movement Medicine was going to play an important role in your life.
It was a direct and straight vision. A beloved teacher I worked with suggested I try Movement Medicine. Susannah arrived in Israel and I showed up. As I stepped on the dance floor, I received a vision. A call of my soul. A knowing that this is the platform where everything I love : dance, prayer, and inner work - merged into one.
That was the answer I was praying for a long time:
the connection of soul in body I longed for.
7The thing you find yourself saying most often to your participants.
Rhythm is your friend. Your allay. A gateway to the body.
Allow your spine to drop into and rest in the loving hands of the beat.
Saying yes to what moves inside of you. There is space for it all, from challenge to beauty.
