Even as a child, I danced. And my dances were prayers. They told stories that delicately unfolded, creating bridges between me and my soul. Touching stories and I was touched, in the heart of my cells, in the heart of my heart.
I kept this delicacy of gesture and made it my profession. For 17 years, thanks to fasciatherapy and perceptive pedagogy, I have helped people develop a fine perception of their body.
When I discovered MM, it was obvious to me, like an apotheosis of everything I proposed with Sensory Movement - re-tuning the body and mind and extending into free movement. With MM, when I am intensely present in my Body/Heart/Mind, then I am connected to my soul and it guides me. It is so simple and powerful at the same time.
I spent too much of my life being afraid of others, afraid of my own power. Thanks to MM, I have overcome these traumas. I love feeling this power that rises, rises, rises until it expands, until it bursts forth. I love unleashing my energies that have been repressed for too long. Feeling all these resources within me and feeling so there... finally free to be me, intensely alive.
Today, I take my place, being an integral part of the web of life, giving what I have got, offering a containing, respectful and supportive framework so that everyone can find within themselves the resources and the free unfolding of their own story.
