Tarin Rose Meneghello

Tarin Rose is a Movement Medicine™ Teacher and Facilitator in Training, based in Milan. A mother of three young adults, she brings the deep wisdom of womanhood and motherhood into every space she holds, creating a sacred and caring container where movement becomes prayer and dance becomes medicine. Her offerings are rooted in the rhythms of nature, the elements, and the cycles of life. Through movement, breath, music, and deep somatic listening, Tarin guides participants inward, inviting them to awaken their body’s innate intelligence, restore balance and a sense of belonging, and meet their own Inner Dancer!

Tarin grew up amid the wild beauty of a small Dalmatian island in the Adriatic Sea, surrounded by wind, waves, and creativity. Her parents continued a long family tradition of cultural tourism, welcoming artists and deepening her connection to beauty and the human experience. After studying Social Sciences, Film and Communication in Rome, Italy became her home in 1997.

Her personal path has included periods of disconnection and silent depression, which she gradually transformed into a journey of self-expression and healing. For more than thirty years, Tarin has been on a lifelong quest for meaning, healing, and self-knowledge, exploring a vast spectrum of modalities, spiritual traditions, and embodied practices. Through this search, she encountered Movement Medicine™ and reconnected with the “Unbroken” within: the healing and transformative power of pure embodied presence. Dance helped her remember and find her way home.

Since 2024, Tarin has also been bringing Solstice and Equinox classes into museum spaces with her colleague Silvana Rigobon, honouring nature and the changing seasons. Together, they created Museum Goes Somatic™, an embodied approach to cultural heritage in which movement, breath, and deep somatic listening invites participants to encounter museum collections with their whole bodies and reconnect with the living wisdom of their ancestors.
