Tarin Rose is a Movement Medicine Teacher and Facilitator in training, based in Milan. A mother of three young adults, she carries the deep wisdom of womanhood and motherhood into every space she holds, creating a sacred container where movement becomes prayer and dance becomes medicine. Rooted in the rhythms of the elements and the cycles of life, her work invites participants to journey inward—through breath, music, and embodied expression—awakening the body’s innate intelligence to heal and seek equilibrium. Tarin Rose grew up in the wild beauty of a small dalmatian island in the Adriatic Sea, surrounded by the sounds of wind and waves. Her parents continued a long family tradition of cultural tourism, welcoming artists from around the world, deepening Tarin Rose’s connection to creativity and art. Being a natural empath, she developed at a very young age a profound curiosity for the human condition. After primary school in Zagreb and a humanistic high school in Munich, Tarin Rose studied Social Science with a master in Film and Communication in Rome. Since 1997, Italy has been her home, where she gave birth to her amazing children—beautiful souls: Stella, Elia, and Luce, her biggest loves and greatest teachers. In her lifelong search for meaning she also experienced a period of disconnection and silent depression which she managed to alchemize in a tool of self-expression. In her search for healing, among a vast spectrum of modalities and traditions she explored, Tarin Rose turned to dance and encountered Movement Medicine on her path. Her body reconnected with the Unbroken rhythm within: the healing and transformative power of embodied presence. It was the dance that saved her. After years of feeling lost and disconnected, she found her way home. Now, she shares this journey with others through guided movement, breath, and deep listening: supporting you to awaken your own inner Dancer!
