A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, nature lover, curious and “researcher”. I have an holistic approach to wellness, integrating the power of sound, colour and touch as instruments to return to vibrate in harmony with Life.
Dance is my greatest passion, but it was through the encounter with meditation, Osho's vision and Conscious Dance that the quality of movement became central in my life. Then came Movement Medicine, which brought awareness, presence and authenticity. It was love revealed: going back home. I like to integrate knowledge, visions and tools to offer the possibility of self-listening, self-finding and shining.
