My Intention is to help the Dance with Life as it is to emerge and, by embracing it, transform.
My hope for myself and for all the Dancers in my classes is to discover the unique melody of our soul.

Meine Absicht ist es, dabei zu helfen, den Tanz mit dem Leben, so wie es ist, entstehen zu lassen und, indem ich ihn annehme, zu transformieren.

I'm soon celebrating the 100th Movement Medicine Session with Regula in Sarnen. Her warm, inviting style and gentle guidance help me become present. Carried by global music and rhythms, my inner dancer begins to move, creating moments of joy, freedom, trust, connection and love. Regula's offering has become a home and an island for me. Her loving arrangement, attention, enthusiasm, competence and experience allow me to return to daily life fulfilled, strengthened and vibrantly alive.
