Movement and dance have always been powerful tools in my life. I am touched by movement medicine in a very deep way; a new language is emerging in me. Movement Medicine supports deep listening to the body and the heart. I experience that the changes and growth are happening gently and softly, like a seed bursting delicately from the soil and willing to grow and become a plant.
It brings me great joy to offer others the opportunity to discover this healing journey for themselves and to share a gentle, compassionate language of movement as a dialogue between the dance, the moving body, and the inner self.
Through the dance, we create and deepen our relationship with our resources with a supportive community with joy and rhythm.
For over 30 years, I have worked as a consultant in One Brain Kinesiology and led workshops in meditation, awareness, and movement.
I am a parent to two wonderful elders with my life partner, my love for 26 years.
In 1991, I came to the Osho Ashram in Pune
And slowly, slowly through the years there I felt like coming home first time in my life,
I came home to my heart and my authenticity, emerging from the butterfly's cocoon.
The second time I felt like coming home was in 2017, in a recreation workshop with Yaacov Darling Khan, the founder of movement medicine, I fell in love with the wisdom and the creativity of movement medicine.
Walking the path of life, practicing loving simply.
