As far back as I can remember from my early childhood, I’ve always been curious and fascinated by the mysteries of life and relationships, with ourselves, others, our environment and the imaginal world. Over the years, I have found various ways to express, explore, and share what resonates with me.
I began taking ballet lessons at the age of 5 in my hometown in Normandy, and have since continued my training in the performing arts through theater, clowning, and dance.
I have trained with numerous teachers and schools around the world.
At age 14, I joined a french professional theater company, where I played the lead role during our tour.
As a Montessori educator in Canada, at age 20 I created my first workshops on physical expression for children. Back in France, I continued to share my passion with diverse audiences: children, teens, and adults, notably in psychiatric hospitals and nursing home, while pursuing my acting career.
At the same time, I have graduated in the Canadian School of Regression (Pierre Dubuc), to deepen my knowledge and research in human psyche, and put my dedication to service to others into a one to one practice.
Holding a professional french bachelor’s degree in leading theater workshop practices, and graduated from the School of Movement Medicine, I offer regular workshops and courses in dance, theater, and clowning.
My work focuses primarily on weaving the Art of Clowning and Movement Medicine.
I mostly work in France, and I am happy to offer workshops in French and English all over the world !
