Eve is a Movement Medicine apprentice teacher, dramatherapist, university lecturer and astrologer.
Eve grew up dancing, moving wildly years before she began to talk, and found her way step-by-step to the liberatory potential of embodied expression. Following a contemporary dance training in Berlin and academic study of modern dance at the University of Cambridge, she came to conscious dance practices through 5Rhythms in 2015 and has been engaged with Movement Medicine since 2017.
Eve’s devotion to dance as a creative healing art is grounded in her fascination with ritual and the role of movement in self-development, both of which are at the roots of Movement Medicine. These underpin her faith and commitment to embodied practice in her own life. She is dedicated to guiding others towards the transformative wisdom that exists within each of our bodies.
In addition to her Movement Medicine teaching, Eve works as a dramatherapist with neurodivergent and vulnerable children. She also teaches movement on a postgraduate therapy training in London.
When away from the dancefloor and playspace, Eve spends her time dreaming through astrological archetypes and waxing lyrical about it to anyone who’ll listen.
