Juggling with different aspects of myself, I am an anesthetist for children 80% of my professional time, a Movement Medicine teacher in training, a student in NonViolent Communication, a rock climber in my free time, a wild life lover (among other things I am forgetting to mention), and a dancer.
I fell profoundly in love with dancing when I was 20, while watching "B comme Béjart". I remember myself dancing in the streets of Lausanne on my way home. The impulse to dance was in all my cells but my mind was telling me "it's too late, one does not become a dancer at 20". So I continued watching others dancing and didn't really dance myself.
Curious and passionate of life itself and its mysteries, I studied medicine. This led me to connect to the wonders of life, and to discover how complex and structured life is, balanced between an incredibly high level of organisation and a constant shift in form. Life is both structure and movement.
In parallel, I experienced the way we are paradoxically disconnected from our body in our approach to heal the body in the medical western world. With that, an urge for more embodiement emerged in my life. The call to dance came back stronger.
Movement Medicine crossed my path in 2017 and I participated to one of Anne Ena and Nicolas Bernard's workshops in 2019. It then became crystal clear, I was going to do exactly that thing named Movement Medicine ! Life’s circumstances forced me to wait until 2022 before following the first Initiation retreat they gave in France. Since then, I have been on this amazing path. I completed the Apprenticeship in 2024 and the Professional training in March 2025.
Aware of the sanctity of Life and moved by an impulse to share what is relevant to me, I propose workshops as a space for everyone to experience the body's wisdom, to meet the often unrecognized amount of resources we are surrounded by and to connect to the deep energy source we all have inside of us.
