Audra is a warranted psychotherapist, dance movement therapist, and leadership consultant. She has been practicing for the past 20 years, running groups, weekend workshops and retreats and delivers training and locally and internationally.
Her approach is guided by a lifelong enquiry into what it takes to live a life that is authentic, wholehearted, and connected -where joy and difficulty can be held at the same time. In her work she draws on the tremendous power of safe community to support each individual to heal, connect and bring their gifts to the world.
Her work is rooted in her experience as a dancer, and her training in gestalt psychotherapy, dance-movement-therapy, leadership development, Psychedelics-Assisted Psychotherapy, Movement Medicine and experiential learning with indigenous communities.
"Audra creates an intimate and safe space that nurtures self-compassion, healing, and deep connection. This is beautiful therapeutic practice that deeply resources me. I have a deeper understanding of myself and ways to self-regulate. I carry the sense of support, community and belonging beyond the sessions. Processing our experience in the group helps me integrate my learning into new ways of thinking, being and relating, in my life. As I connected with the dancer within, I started to experience the magic of this work..... - Sara Amin Omran-Senior Counsellor
