1Who and where are you?
I live in Switzerland and discovered the healing power of dance in 2011, dancing myself into a new life through thousands of hours since then. Today, I passionately guide people into the heart of who they are - as a Soulcentric Coach, Movement Medicine® teacher, song leader, DJ and human being - creating heartfelt spaces that invite us into our true essence.
2Are you a Movement Medicine teacher and/or facilitator?
I am a teacher of Movement Medicine. I trained in 2018 and qualified in 2025.
3Who do you serve with your Movement Medicine work?
I offer my Movement Medicine® work to people who long to move, connect, and come home to themselves. My circles welcome all ages and backgrounds, from experienced dancers to newcomers drawn by curiosity or word of mouth, united by a wish to feel, express, and grow. Through movement, voice, and shared reflection, I hold spaces where we remember our connection to ourselves, one another, and life itself.
4What is the meaning of this work for you?
Movement Medicine® is a living practice that keeps reminding me of what truly matters. It bridges my inner with the outer world. This work nourishes my own journey while allowing me to offer spaces where others can remember their own wholeness; allowing us together to discover more and more the beauty of being fully alive.
5Please tell us about two recent precious moments you’ve experienced in your professional Movement Medicine work.
Recently, I taught a class exploring ways of connection; to our inner landscape, the energetic field around us, and the larger field of life. After much partner practice, one participant shared that she had a history of not liking to connect with others in the dance. But this time, she stayed deeply connected to herself and felt, as never before, genuine joy in meeting another person. What a gift.
6Please tell us something about when you recognised that Movement Medicine was going to play an important role in your life.
It was a moment much like the one I described just above. Back in 2013, I experienced for myself how free yet truly connected I could feel while dancing with others. There was so much flow, joy, and ease in that moment that I instantly knew Movement Medicine® would keep accompanying me, guiding me toward a more nourishing and authentic way of meeting myself and others; one that felt even closer to my heart.
7The thing you find yourself saying most often to your participants
Find your dance; let it become your authentic, personal response to the music, moment by moment. Follow your own thread within the space we create together; your dance matters.
8If you had 9 words to say anything you wanted to the world, what would it be?
Take a deep breath ... and then sing and dance!
