We will use movement medicine as a conscious dance practice to review the year of 2024, to honour and digest - its challenges as well as victories and treasures.
Together we will remember, sense & see, let go and create space for the medicine of the “Raunächte” to come, embody our prayers for fresh perspectives and possibilities to dance with life.
Surrendering to the music will be healing in itself …
