Join us for a Winter Solsitce Immersive Dance!
We will go on a musical movement journey through this time of reflection, renewal, and rebirth. With our bodies, we will connect to our inner light and express this through dance, offering hope, potential growth and joy for the coming year.
Through the teachings and tapestry of Movement Medicine®, we will dance our way back into connection with our hearts, return home to our bodies a little bit more, and reintegrate the mind, body, heart and soul intelligence.
We will complete this immersive dance with a ceremonial circle of light to illuminate our shared path through the darkest night of the Solstice.
The spaces I offer are welcoming and inclusive but please note this venue is stair only access.
This is a space where we meet on the dance floor as we are. There is no requirement to be a ‘Dancer’, we are all dancers of our own lives. There is freedom within my sessions to dance and move how you want to move, whatever you’re feeling...
