Dear dancers,
Spring, and with it the new life energy, is making its way with massive strength and sunshine.
I am delighted that we are celebrating this change together and allowing our bodies to feel it in dance.
The Spring Equinox Ceremony invites each of us individually and together to nourish the roots of our lives and to feel the elements of nature within us and around us. I invite you to dance together a powerful and devotional prayer for life and through the rhythm to feel more and more who we are and what we have to give. Equinox is about dynamic balance, giving and receiving. That is why half of the proceeds will go to ‘Combatants for Peace’, an organisation that has been striving for a real partnership between Israelis and Palestinians in Israel/Palestine since 2006, which is shaped by the people of both sides on an equal footing. In this partnership, they want to find a way to live together as equals.
So, put on something comfortable, bring your water bottle and open your heart.
We dance barefoot or in non-slippery (and clean) shoes.
Let's awaken the life in us to good music and in community.
