Our body is an ocean in which waves constantly rise and fall - of breath, movement, emotions and the nervous system. When we learn to listen to these waves and follow them, the path to deeper freedom and joy from movement opens up.
In a full-day dance workshop, we will create a space together where the body can deeply rest, move naturally, tension can be released and energy can start flowing again. Each wave will take us a little closer to the inner state, where the body, breath, mind and emotions can harmonize into one rhythm.
We will combine Movement Medicine dance with gentle techniques from the Somatic Experiencing therapeutic method.
The all-day dance workshop is for a closed group from 10:00 - 17:00 and is followed by an open dance lesson from 19:00 - 21:30. Everyone who wants to deepen their relationship with body through movement, discover their inner rhythm and learn to use body waves as a tool for self-support is welcome.
