To Dance is to Pray is a stand alone Movement Medicine class, in the room, at La casa de mis abuelos in Taray, Peru. This class is designed to allow us to move into our body, discover our personal prayer at this moment and bring it out and into the world from our heart.
This class is part of an integration element for a retreat we are hosting at this time, but is open to all.
