✨There are things we can change.
✨And then there are things we need to come to terms with in order to move on.

With who we are.
With decisions we can't take back.
With a body that is changing. With a path that led us in a different direction than we expected.

And sometimes with events we would never have chosen – a breakup, the passing of a loved one, sexual orientation, career change or an unfulfilled dream.

Maybe coming to terms with it means stopping fighting.

☯️The autumn equinox brings a moment between light and darkness. A time of harvest, gratitude, letting go and finding a new balance. And it is at this threshold that we will stop together.

We will look back on our journey and remember what we have already endured, mastered, created and experienced.

We will remember what holds us together. What gives us strength. What we can thank life for.

Because the process of reconciliation can be a place from which we can start to turn towards life again.

This workshop is for you if:
