In einem geschützten, rituellen Raum reisen wir tanzend durch die neun Lebenszyklen – von Empfängnis bis zum Tod. Du lernst, deine Vergangenheit als kraftvolle Ressource zu sehen und Belastendes zu transformieren.

Du kannst dich im Anmeldeformular fürs Practical Team einschreiben und wir informieren dich über die Kosten und den Ausgleich, den du vor Ort einbringst.
Alle Menschen sind willkommen. Mindestens 40 Stunden Movement Medicine oder ähnliche Praktiken vor Beginn des Retreats sind wünschenswert.
Movement Medicine ist neu für dich? In der Schweiz und online finden viele Workshops und Kurse statt. Vielleicht kannst willst du vor Initiation noch eine Movement Medicine Erfahrung machen. Sylvia bietet am 8.-10. Mai 2026 eine 3-Tägige Reise im Kientalerhof an, monatliche Samstagstänze in Bern sowie Einzelsessions.
Dieser intensive Workshop zählt als Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme am Movement Medicine Apprenticeship sowie am Professional Training.
Workshopsprache istDeutsch. Übersetzung in Englisch wird angeboten.

In a safe and ritual space, we dance through the nine life cycles - from conception to death.
Our focus is to bring awareness, responsibility, fluidity and ultimately gratitude to life's journey. This work supports you in learning from your personal history and freeing yourself from the belief that your past must define your future.

Payment options
Payment in instalments can be arranged directly with Tanja (course administration).
Reduced rates
Our assistant places are already filled (we have a waiting list), there are still two places available in the Practical Team.
You can indicate your interest in the Practical Team on the registration form, and we’ll inform you about the costs and the energy exchange you’ll offer on-site.
Everyone is welcome. We recommend at least 40 hours of Movement Medicine or a similar practice before the start of the retreat.
New to Movement Medicine?
Many workshops and courses take place in Switzerland and online. You might wish to have your first Movement Medicine experience before INITIATION.
Sylvia offers a 3‑day journey at Kientalerhof (May 8–10, 2026), monthly Saturday dances in Bern, and individual sessions.
This intensive workshop counts as a prerequisite for participation in the Movement Medicine Apprenticeship and the Professional Training.
Workshop language is German, with English translation available.
