Solstice Tribal Heart Ceremony

Online ceremonies occur eight times a year to align us with the seasons and cycles of the year. These events are a space to let go, dance your socks off and embody your prayers. If you're new to Movement Medicine these ceremonies are a wonderful way to get a feel for what it's all about - Everyone is welcome! Hosted inside the Study Hub, you can purchase a single ticket if you're not a member. Or become a member and take advantage of all the benefits of the Study Hub including all online ceremonies and Study Hub lessons.

Force from the Source

“After the longest night, tomorrow we sing up the dawn. There is a rejoicing that, even in the darkest time, the sun is not vanquished. As of tomorrow, the days begin to get longer as the light of day grows. While the gentle winter sun slowly opens its eyes, let us all bring more light and compassion into the world.” Dacha Avelin

Winter Solstice is a time of quietude and introspection, yet it is also a period of potential, marking the longest night before the gradual return of light. Our ceremony aims to help you tap into the deep well of your inner resources, kindle the fires of your spirit, embody your prayers and continue the process of digesting and learning from the past year. We will take time to acknowledge what has been and the impact this year has had on our lives and on all our relations. Giving ourselves back to the beat enables us to digest and let go, emptying out what no longer serves from the body-heart -mind and making space for hope as the light of a new journey around the sun beckons.
