I invite you to dance freely - without prescribed steps, yet with guidance to help you easily experience the joy of spontaneous movement. It is an invitation to meet your inner dancer, to learn from them, and to trust them. And from here, we meet others, we communicate and enjoy relationships with others, see our belonging to the bigger community around us.
