Roads to Freedom

In these sessions, I invite you to move. Move your body and let your attention follow this movement. Move from the inside out, follow your intuition, your hunches. Physical exercise provides an endless and wonderful opportunity for experimentation, play, and joy. We can experience infinite freedom at every moment, because every movement can continue in an infinite number of ways. If you pay attention to the limitations around you or within yourself, you will find many. you may believe that you are limited by the things of the world. This dance, on the other hand, invites you to pay attention to your freedoms. For the new and even more freedoms that are constantly created by your movements. If you are committed to seeking your freedom, then freedom will present itself in a thousand ways, in a thousand forms.
