Pure Dance

Do you like to dance and be able to express yourself in your own unique way in a safe space? We invite you in our Pure Dance space. We start with Awakening the Dancer, a guided movement meditation, and then we follow the wisdom and aliveness of the Dancer. There is open space without further instructions to let your dance unfold, to feel what moves you, to express it, to dance together if you like. In this free open space it is all possible. There are no steps that need to be learned, there is no wrong way of moving, you can let yourself be intuitively guided. Your dance can be wild, tender, joyful, tranquil, or have hundreds of other shades.
