The Phoenix Process was developed by Ya'Acov & Susannah Darling Khan. It is an alchemical, trauma aware soul-retrieval process designed to liberate and embody the unique qualities of who you are. It will help you to shift the balance of power inside you from being fully identified with the self-protective and self-fulfilling prophecies of the ego to recognising the unbroken resilience and poetry of the soul.
It enables this through a powerful series of steps that will support you to transform the wounds and challenges of the past into the gold of present moment awareness. For the Unbroken intelligence of life that is alive and well in you, all that you carry within you, without exception, is potential medicine. The Phoenix Process supports the development of the resilience and creativity we all need to bring what matters most to us to the fore and to make a difference in this world.
PHOENIX RISING WILL SUPPORT YOU TO:
- Work creatively with the stories that provoke havoc and pain in our lives. We call the characters that hold these stories our ‘understudies’.
- Increase your lived understanding of the dynamic balance of ego and soul within the psyche.
- Learn to work with the embodied, DIY shamanic soul retrieval process known as the ‘Phoenix Process’.
- Heal personal and trans-generational trauma in a safe, strongly held space.
- Embody the transformational medicine of the Phoenix that sits at the centre of the Movement Medicine Mandala.
The Phoenix Rising Workshop is designed to catalyse you into a new level of embodied awareness, enabling you to assume more responsibility for your life. You will be guided to see your whole life as a creative project and all that you carry within you as potential medicine for being who you are and giving what you’ve got.
The Phoenix Rising workshop is also a gateway workshop for those who wish to take part in any Movement Medicine Apprenticeship Programmes.
Please note:
To participate in this workshop, you need to have completed 20hrs of Movement Medicine or other related practice (5Rhythms, Open Floor, Soul Motion, etc). These hours can be met through the Study Hub. It is necessary that you have the inner and outer resources to engage with this intense personal work in a responsible way.
