➤20:10 – 21:30 – Movement Medicine dance
➤21:30 – 21:50 – sound healing (different guest every week)
➤21:50 – 22:00 – closing circle
Our evenings are an entrance to the world of engaging music and ecstatic Movement Medicine dance. The dance will guide us and carry us away with different rhythms, flow or stillness, until we reach a state of freedom, full body experience or relaxation.
