Everything that lives moves. It may be invisible, but something is always moving inside.
We move to arrive at ourselves, to perceive what is happening inside us. We move to connect to each other, to the world, to give space for feelings and patterns that lie dormant in our bodies to come to the surface. We move to get out of our usual cycles and find new paths. We help this arrival with simple exercises, and there's space to rest, to lie down, to move slowly, to jump high and let go of the tensions of the body. Every class has space and time for free dancing without instructions. And there is also an opportunity to express yourself in drawing: every class has a piece of paper on the wall, on which you can freely draw while dancing, allowing the lines to be born from your movements on the paper. You don't need any dance training or knowledge, come as you are!
