Movement Medicine® is a conscious dance practice that invites you to follow the intelligence of life moving through you. Each week, we explore the simple practice of inhabiting the body. We dance between inner and outer awareness, moving with the elemental forces of earth, air, fire, and water, and feeling ourselves rooted and expansive. Moving together, we discover how presence gives rise to choice, connection, and meaning.
