Movement Medicine CEREMONY with Yorck and Yuki "The Other - one to one relationship"
at Biodanza Zentrum in Munich city
A Movement Medicine Ceremony invites a deep exploration of dance and movement as a pathway to self-discovery.
This ceremony will be held by Yuki Lakshminarayani, an experienced Movement Medicine teacher with roots in the shamanic traditions of Japan, and Yorck Schultz, Movement Medicine teacher and creative therapist from Bavaria.
The focus of the evening is our relationships with the people who shape our lives — people who are close to us, who accompany us, inspire us, challenge us, or perhaps are dearly missed.
Through dance and mindful movement, we turn our attention towards the sensations, emotions, and inner images that are alive within these relationships. We listen to the stories our bodies carry about being in connection to them.
The space invites us to express what wants to be expressed, to listen deeply, and to discover new perspectives on our relationships. In this way, insights may arise and visions for a more conscious, loving, and authentic way of relating with others can emerge.
Previous experience with conscious dance or movement practices such as Movement Medicine, 5Rhythms, Soul Motion, Butoh, or similar forms of embodied self-exploration is recommended. If you feel called to join without prior experience, please contact us beforehand so we can suggest a short preparation practice.
This ceremony is the second of a cycle of five Movement Medicine Ceremonies in Munich, each of which can also be attended individually.
