I'm happy to return to Cantieri Scalzi – Sunday, February 8th, at 5 pm – with a new dancing topic: (More Than) Good Enough 🩵
The invitation is to explore together – through dance – what happens when we let go of an ancient fear: that of not being enough.
Beneath so many layers, the dancing part of us knows: we are much more than "enough," we are unique pieces of a humanity that demands to be rediscovered and inhabited, for the good of this beloved world. 🌍
Today more than ever, it is a political act – perhaps even revolutionary – to awaken the body and return to feeling, to cultivate trust and courage from within. 🪷
I look forward to sharing the beauty of this practice that has changed my life, giving me access to parts of myself that I had abandoned. No dance experience is necessary: you are enough, exactly as you are! 🫂
